Astra is really a very good place to work. I joined here as Specialist-Medical collection ( Third Party). I had no experience in the field, so it was obviously challenging for me to hit the goal and perform upto the mark. But my TL Mr. Khuisangmi Vashum ( great guy) helped me ( and still helping me, unlike all other TLs who keep pressurising the new comers). The management is also very very supportive. I have been failing to hit the goal on my own but still those guys are not giving upon me which give me enough motivation to do more for my company. Obviously, I've learnt collection tactics and I am still on the path of learning. If, on a scale of 10 ( where 10 is max and 0 is min), I rate my self, my rating today is 6 and it has been increasing from 0 since I joined the company.

Dislikes

Honestly speaking there is nothing which I dislike about the company. But yes there are a few work on which should be considered. 1. Canteen could way better 2. Coming on two Saturdays is compulsory, which should be optional. ( But I am ok with that because I get extra paid for the same) 3. There should be dedicated training department and trading should be such a way that after hitting the floor agent should not feel the need of taking help of senior or TL. 4. There should be ( may be once in a month or two) a team lunch ( gathering) which strengthens the team spirit.

Likes

The shift timings and week offs, other than this it's horrible. There are a few people in the organisation who are good. The rest of them are pathetic.

Dislikes

First training which they provide is really horrible. They don't have any proper schedule. They make there own rules. Higher management people use tobacco on the floor itself. Don't even dare to go to cafetaria it's disgusting. They can kick u out any time by making any excuses. I strongly recommend not to waste your time in this organisation there are more options available in Noida itself.
