While my experience at Astoundedge has been mostly positive, one area that could be improved is workload management. There are times when projects pile up, leading to longer hours and a higher level of stress.

The team environment is excellent, we work here as a family and support each other in difficult times, be it professional or personal.

Dislikes

Not dislike but i would say the areas where i would like to see the improvement is sales. Though the sales team does everything possible to reach out the expectations, but we expect more from them.

Recently joined this company. From a work culture perspective, AstoundEdge fosters a sense of collaboration and teamwork. Work culture here is quite friendly yet professional. If you are looking for something where you can grow professionally, you should surely join it.

Joining Astoundedge was one the biggest mistake of my career. This company severely lacks a healthy work culture, especially for women. The directors have no regard for personal boundaries and often call employees after work hours, which is highly unprofessional. I strongly discourage any woman from considering this company.
