Compensation and perks while working for this company is bettee than most companies in this sector. Being in the company for more than 2 years, I can say that one grows rapidly in his professional life due to fast moving and challenging work. Also the new leadership have more crystal clear vision on where they want to see this company and it inspires and motivates us.
