Hire and fire concept, i strongly suggest to dont go if you need permenant job, they simply hire and fire if they want to save cost

managent is not following standard operating procedure, without prior notice and meeting simply they will give termination letter.. worst company ever seen in my life

Dislikes

Not much to dislike. It's a good way to start off a career, to learn how a corporate life works etc. But some designations have very little to no scope for growth and don't expect much monetary benefits.
