My working experience with aster prime hospital is good. Last one onwards people are very arragant and they don't have concern to words employee and his or her problem.as u people said we r family it's only for name sake

Hod is having rights and responsibilities as well employe also can ask for their rights becoming hod is not honer should have big heart and to understand problems and show some mercy problem solving nature should not underestimate and degrading people around don't make them feel themselves because of this only resigned my job in aster prime

Doctors r very good and guide the team in right way, rest all just not to think anymore. … Policies are in place just for the sake of on paper, never followed. No transparency…… Don’t want to change the work culture , no guidance, no support and no training will be given to employees. Just they will through u on court to play. It’s like practice pitch. It’s good if anyone wish to work for less salary just to pass the days…… But this hospital is not good for hard workers and who wish to grow in career………:.

Dislikes

Though employees not performed still management will not say anything if they known to CEO / Unit head. They never try to find the truth. Dirty politics plays by management but not the employees. No support to rest of the employees….. No empathy on patient care…. No team work….. Never follows best practices….. un hygiene environment….. Namely it’s corporate hospital but it’s not even match with govt hospital…..
