Nothing i dislike in MIMS only think is no proper communication and no salary hike . people are vry good as well as our Director and center manager also good too...i don't want to say anything about anyone god is there to see what is good and what is bad happening...Thanks 🫂

When i joined Aster, the scenario was different, the organization was more employment friendly, now it is not.

Work pressure, favouritism, as part of operations department we don't have a boss who understand us, mostly felt like we are just machines to achieve targets

It was like a family, probably 2 years back. Now the corporate culture is eating everything from inside. Everybody is turning into a wolf. That was not the case earlier. We treated each other's as good human beings.
