...aff nurses hasn't get good accommodation as what female staff nurses hv getting. I know it's difficult to manage boys hostel with facilities but , why can't you pay them extra if u can't provide good accommodation .. I'm sorry Aster .. Otherwise, aster is safest place to work..

Iam so lucky to work in aster prime hospital. But iam not satisfied with the salary. But i have learned many things..and gained a good knowledge.. Another plus poit that my colleagus they help me lot.and good team work Aster is my first job and i just want to move dubai aster.iam so intrested to work in aster dubai.just waiting for the opportunity.

...hey will take lot of time to resolve issue. Few things they are not aware of it. Even, When I requested to change my salary account to another bank. Because they are additional charges deducting in that. But, they are simply telling it's not possible.

They should look into the salary hike of resident doctors who’ve served Aster for long time and are consistently been working for the betterment of Aster

The worst place to work, The management doesn’t lay down any guidelines a person will be asked to do multiple roles. They say all say all good when they hire you you will get to know from 2nd week itself about them.

The whole management is shit especially operation,HR and quality people.
