We will get a lot of exposure, the salary hike and promotions will happen on a Yearly basis without fail. Induction program which gives a clarity about the organization, Streamlined flow of information and, the policies & procedures were transparent and good. One can get a better exposure n excellent promotions along with hike if he ignores his family, life and dedicate 24 hours to work.

Less Manpower, Extended working hours daily, Manager mental harassments, too much degrading comments on the work, very less support for the work, no approval for leaves, politics, No work life balance, They won't even provide tea/Coffee for employees being one of the top listed entity in India which is doing 10,000+ CR turnover world wide, Instead we have to buy them at their own canteens at a discounted price, 20 min only for lunch break, very strict dress code, one shouldn't touch their mobile, one should move from his desk, Managers will always monitor through CC and will check if we are idle for 10 min, Literally we have to be a work like slave. Work life balance is very poor

It's very employees friendly institution. Aster CMI hospital is very very transparent towards employees .Working here last 4years with lot of good experiences.

It's a huge multi-speciality hospital and you'll get the exposure that your career need!

Everything about the above one. Worked as a pharmist there amd trust me you'll never see any TOXIC WORK CULTURE than this. The department was slaveyard. Amd For nurses too.

In my opinion 70 % of system and file work and 30% of patient care if they reduce little bit of system and file work and increase patient care it will be best hospital in Bengalore in every year

Never go for the clinical sides of this hospital. Had a terrible and toxic work culture struggled to stay one year. Extremely unprofessional
