... and the management is good and taking dicision fast.company policies are good.appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...s a lot of politics in ICU department and management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.on the job training given to new joiners.

Being an international corporate their culture is not only constrict on business but also have an homely environment to work, a very cultural and caring attitude towards their employee. So work pressure never become a burden but a motivation for a senior post holder like me. Had one of my best 2.4 yrs with Aster Aadhar.

Some in house politics and back biting, also personalised preference during appraisal system made any one deprive.

Learned a lot while staying hear. Saw some new things. Here the work load was not too much, so the work did not feel too much. so love working here.

One thing I noticed while working here is the workers here. they don`t know much about computers. But there are many demands for what they think of it. this is what I want. these are some of the things. I didn`t like them.

Management , Seniors , hectic work schedule , rob the patients with high amount of bill which i cant see . . full of scam in medical department . .1200 rs medicine or any implant they are giving for 15000 rs . . use excess material on name of patients and afterwards return to pharmacy . sab bas dikhava hai . .only hospital looks clean . .patient care is not at all good .
