... any action plan for themselves and forget about employees growth plan there. Face lots if harassment even they never give salary, PL other funds and any documents after resignation. Better don't give notice period to them else forget your hardcore earned money. Company without vision, without leadership without any growth plan is only a provision store !! Don't join this company!!
