Purely Academic writing, with no creative liberties, helps improve your grammar and sentence-making capabilities. You can take WFH if you are a reliable writer and if the Team leader approves it.

You can't go home if you don't complete your quota for the day. Either you finish the work or resign on the spot, in that case, you are not eligible for salary for the days you have worked. If you take a sudden leave, 2 days of pay will be deducted. Same if you take leave on Monday or Saturday. Deadlines all the time, even if you have just joined 1 week ago. Also, salary is credited very late, on the 10th of each month.
