Worst Company for Odia Construction staffs. As you will not get appraisal for what you have done, only for being an Odia. Hr thinks she is the owner of the hostel, as till now she does not consider it as a Construction company. Harassment at it's peak. HR harassing staffs even after Resignation for providing reliving letter & experience certificate. Company culture is good, MD is a very good person, senior management taking benifit of it & making the culture worst for mid management & junior staffs. No work satisfaction as you will not get work only according to your profile. You have to be a mixture engineer. Even after completion of all work No appraisal given. During increment you will get the lowest if you are worst in foot licking. Job security is nill, you can loose your job any moment as HR denies to issue appointment letter/ confirmation letter even after 2 yrs of service. Sudhikaran is a mandatory requirement. As per COO " It's my temple and I can do any Thing" So Best of luck You are behind alcohol & idcards. Some one else is looting you by keeping you engaged in such things.

I'm working in a longest project ( by time duration) so for a long period no job tension, know nothing about management , policy not fixed yet. Only good thing I got good team mates, all seniors & juniors.

Can't write more as it's against our company policy & I'm still working here. Jail is better that it, atleast you have timing of everything & you will get your food & parol (leave) on time.

The Company is open to innovation and adapts technology according to requirements. Work Culture is maintainable to deal with.

Job security is at high-risk. One can be thrown out at any point of time without considering his/her contribution towards the work given. Appraisal never given. Working environment is not all good enough to deal. Mental pressure is at high risk.
