As per my current job compair with salary and employee behaving is different and salary more than 35 % lower my opinion only security management only, seniors staff behaviour not good to blow leval and uncertainty at lower level. But I happy for resignation Sign by order from your company.

No job security, No working atmosphere, politics is every department, no growth for laborious simple honest employees. No reward for old employees who secrifye for company to move ground level to a prestigious position.

Job Security is as per your performance, work culture good, Top Management is best they supporting Team Leaders and junior team members, Company Policies is good.

Team Leaders is supporting because only the top management taking care of junior staff. Growth is slow. The work pressure is high only who worked actively.

The best thing about working in Assotech limited is that the CMD Sir is personally involved in every work and he wants every work to be done well.

There is a group of seniors in Assotech Limited. He does not want the work to end. They want to complicate the work any how.

Very bad behaviour of Directors towards their employees, they all are not understanding employees concerned and not follow the rules of government. They didn't provided Meternity benefit of theirs female employees.
