ATPSPL company and MD is very smooth and they want to be everything good on site but their staff very bad not satisfied for working they have not working precision not proper idea about the work no one seriously about the job when get the pressure by client or MD then they try to be serious Otherwise no need to be serious because all the persons get the salary on the time no one using the SOP for working here supervisors are walking on the ground and engineers working just like a supervisor so not possible to complete project like this

Staff loves with supervisors and workers so working go down 👎 No one gives pressure about the works on these people many workers idle on the top of workplace.... My work is for supervision of safety not working Thankyou ATPSPL to gives the opportunity to work with you🙏

ATPSPL should keep experience person for higher post designation such as field experience as well Age experience so that company run well otherwise ATPSPL will have to failure everywhere just like in Kamanda Steel Plant. ATPSPL need PM to understand every staff and try to implement after discussing and every activity should know every staff but at Koida site nothing done like above... So ATPSPL failure 1st project in Kamanda Steel Plant Koida Sundargarh Rourkela Odisha
