Management will give full freedom for new innovative ideas and it is a great platform to explore and learn new things. Only one benefit getting salary on time.

I was working there past 4 years. Due to corana I was terminated without any notice period. No job security. No casual leave, no medical leave. Leave policy very worst.

Stay away from Danny Richards if you want to survive though he might irritate you a lot with no work or work load . Stay away from this org if you want to survive in peace . Very small office
