...12th pass can do this kind of work, still they hire an MBA and pay them peanuts. No salary hike, NO opportunities for learning and growth. You'll end up doing exhibition and seminars. Terrible place to work with.

Salary below industry level, No salary Hike, no career growth and opportunities. It's an organisation which is into doing exhibitions and webinars that's all you'll learn and you'll do. Nothing less nothing more.

It has been wonderful experience working with Assocham.I got opportunity to increase my skills and also the guides are very frank and they cope up with the interns very nicely.Also I got to know so many things about the different agricultural and industrial sector.

I didn't dislike a single thing about the Assocham.

The only liking was exposure to various stakeholders, but eventually it was limited to plea money from them. No work on policy advocacy!

Most of the things, be it culture, mindset of those who are in leadership, scapegoating, favouritism, office politics to name a few.

ASSOCHAM is working for industry and their issues with Government. It’s a very big platform to meet top industrialists as well as Govt. Ministers and authorities. ASSOCHAM also workings in international through trade delegations in various industries subject.

Very low salary as compared to Industry Standard, 90 % of the time you have to work late hours and you will get only Rs. 200 per day for working extra minimum 2 hours i.e. till 7:30 pm; no HR policies; you would not learn any new skills; No training; most of the work is clerical; work environment is shit.
