Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Lack of professionalism, little hike annually, lack of career growth, no payment slip provided with salary. Be very careful before joining this company. They will provide you with a bunch of clauses in appointment letter however will not abide by them. Just one person is there who is the manager, CEO, hr and everything. THEY DIDN'T PAY MY 1.5 MONTHS SALARY.

The management of the company is excellent. The working method is highly flexible. There is genuinely a work-life balance. The company's owner is very supportive and does not pressure you to be a good employee. The company is at your side if you are correct and loyal to the organisation. salary is on time, and in the lean season, the company does not force you to write dummy files just to make up word counts.
