This place is driven by one man and it lack organisational hierarchy. You will not feel you are working for a organisation but you are working for a person. This lacks the basic professionalism. Not recommended to work here unless you have no other place to work.

Great and convenient office location, Amazing place to work at! Great managers and alot to learn. The best part is if you take initiatives to do something new, they let you do it which works as a motivation.

All AV is handle by one person and for help him there are 2-3 person who consider themselves as a owner so while working with them you will feel you are working for them not for organisation. No work life balance. Your manager will not allow you to log out on time or early even if you finished your work, he will assign something from other. Employees have to attend the client call after the shift timing. In that manager not find anything wrong. Your growth stuck here, once you learn how the software work. Overall nothing is good to join until you don't have something in your hand.
