Projects were great, saturday sunday week off, salary was good, remote work option was great.

The employees are not appreciated anymore like it used to do earlier by honoring Star performer of the month. There is No benefits of being an employee like HRA, Mediclaim, appraisal is once in a blue moon, politics is there among the management. No personal canteen, no food coupons no travelling allowance nothing. There was remote work option which was great to balance work and life balance but now its completely erased. Only those who can lik management shoes then you will stay even if you are a great artist. Only skill doesn't matter. I used to love working in the initial days but now this company cares about its profit only. And nothing else.

No job security, no hike, they will simply hire with out projects and suddenly they ll remove you one day worst company ever. Such a fraud company don’t join this company and spoil ur career life

...utsourcing to smaller companies in a very less rate without any proper pipeline. And won't pay a single rupees after taking the files. Please stay away from these people.

There is no timing, work culture is very bad. After project they do sudden layoff without even notice period. Have to work on sat-sun unofficially there is no comp offf.
