I was engaged Mis Assistant cum Accountant. But after bifurcation I become block accountant but after 5 years my salary is 22900 gross. And new employee are paid 21000 Where is our job seniority .

Firstly, it is a government scheme. So, basically in a government office we know that office staff do not have really time for each other to interact. But in my opinion I would like to say that it was my amazing experience working in ASRLM because I got a chance to interact with many people who came for their beneficiaries. And they really are very happy with their works. ASRLM mainly target's with self help group. To bring develop in their livelihoods and make transformation from illiteracy to literate. Doing as a data entry in ASRLM I really improved myself in speeding my hand.
