Most importantly, the Salary committed at the time of appointment is given only for first few months; after that some technique is applied to reduce salary and reduced salary continues. All higher positions are occupied by unskilled undeserving people through buttering.

A great place to work and gathering knowledge about various departments in the University

Salary structure is little bit low. Promotion usually takes a bit longer than usual. Increament process is fair

1. Job security is average 2. No yearly increment 3. No fixed salary structure. 4. No retention policy for the faculty. 5. Average to poor quality of student.

This university never hesitate to take bold steps in applying new technology in the curriculum, i get to learn many new thinks in my 6 years with AdtU

Compensation is not unto the mark. The work pressure is very high.

...nothing... 3 months notice period.. Is way too high. And you won't get paid too. They will not pay you.

It's the worst to work. With... They will make you work, with simple nonsense stuffs. The management believe on one stupid senior.. Who knows nothing.. And he is the biggest dumbest manager ever. don't have any skill set.. only can praise the management and can get promoted with . In this company you will work, but he will be benefitted.
