work-life balance is average. pay scale is below average for juniors with respect to their work. Try to improve HR policies& immediate response required if any problems are occurring

In some areas need to focus to become as a MNC company. Employee benefits are found good but lack of implementation of the same. All eligible candidates are not receiving allowance based on their requirements.
