Delay in Salary (if they don't have project then they don't pay you make you to put resignation and in name of notice period they will won't pay salary which is not paid) No work life balance No proper management No carrier growth No projects then they will fire you(told you today is last working day) They don't care about employee Totally this organization will ruin your carrier. This is my genuine comment and experience you can ask any person which they worked in this organization you will get same output. Worst company i ever seen (they didn't paid my 2month salary)

Company will not provide the salary properly. 3 or 4 month once they ll pay salary and also for only one month salary. Company ll treat you like slave. No proper management and no proper response.

My tenure with AspireNXT was highly Disappointing. - the persistent delay in salary. - the company's HR policies Left much to be desired, as the HR department proved unresponsive to employee concerns. - I would not recommend AspireNXT as Employer.

* Every month you will have to beg for your salary from HR * The financial Status of this company is very poor. * Just do you job don't ask for salary, no recognition * Company don't care about it's employees specially Developers, juniors and mid senior employees

This company has several issues, including delayed salaries, poor employee treatment, and lack of promotions. There is no recognition for good work and management is inadequate. Developers are often forced to work to on no-technical tasks. Very Bad HR Management, HR Won't answer your queries even putting the CC higher management
