...ill ask you to stop working from next day and will not pay any compensation i.e., 2 month salary as mentioned in policy document. When opposed they will threaten you of disapproving background verification. They have literally asked to pay money to get verification done smoothly in case of genuine employees. Everything is fraudulent right from documentation. Company will release offer letter of Aspire Quantum Technologies , official email-id is of aspire digital and joining will be in Exacraft Technology which is registered in pune. They will hire you in name of Dubai credentials and promise you to get visa of Dubai whereas everyone is working from home in india. There is no management whatever CEO says is the policy, which changes time to time and person to person according to needs. CEO will get too friendly and ask you your personal Information and use it while terminating you illegally. No insurance to employees. No IT support in case you stuck with some technical issue with your asset or software.
