Except Pharmacovigilance department, Remaining all department employees, management team was cooperative and ground to earth. HR team was very understandable to employees concern.

Dislikes

Pharmacovigilance department has No job security, Pharmacovigilance team recruitment and appraisal would be done based on only internal team members feedback to manager. Data won't speak people efforts in pharmacovigilance team.
