Nothing to do with ASM.It is a Cosultancy and It Completely Depnds on Client.

Nothing to like worthless culture in pune office

...on based on favourism Appraisal depends on your relationship with group manager.There is one group manager Arshad Shaikh don't even talk politely acts like he is giving salary from his pockets,he like harassing colleagues who reports to him. Pune office worthless for every issue you have to contact Bangalore office.They hire you for different role they assign you to anywhere

Many, 1) there is no proper redressal of our concerns. 2) work culture is horrible. For sake of clients they ask us to do anything. Even after billing for entire year we get peanuts for our performance. 3) managers are worse, only focusing on output and not addressing any problems of the employees. 4) finance people are much worse in reimbursement. Even after calling and mailing so many times they won't reimburse our amount. No proper inclusion of deductions for form16 causing loss of income for employees under taxation,
