Very helpful and cooperative, the hr you meet coordinate with you all the time when you need them or when facing any issues which is unlikely in any other big companies. you can call them anytime during working hours and they will be there to sort out your problems. Communication and approaching them should be easy.

Dislikes

Appraisal/increement doesn't seem to exist. You get very little increement in your salary after one year which is as good as not getting it. The increement is uniform among all working employees and not based on performance.
