I was really frustated due to such pathetic condition of India IT market where there is no job and if there are job then there are millions of candidates for a single vacancy . I will tell my real story guys , I was struggling for the job from almost 2 years , was rejected for atleast 100 companies . I never give up I keep learning . Facing rejection during interview is really tough I am also human and I was really tensed and stressed What to do becoz no company give chance to freshers After lot if attempts I got call from HR of askmeoffers and was invited for F2F in campsu interview They took almost 3-4 rounds , offered me free lunch and I got the good news and offer letter in had on same day . My joining date is in August 2024 but I am very happy with people and HR and interview panel Also I read some reviews and I was shocked that there are few people who are writing bad reviews about askmeoffers well try to understand guys and behave yourself and learn manners . Any company cannot hire every one who applies for JOB And as it was mentioned by other people that if they start taking you and shortlisting people like you it will become railway station and not what askmeoffers is now at present .

Excellent work culture here i recently joined as a data analyst and the workplace is awsome , my manager Amit supports me a lot he is very helpful . One thing i noticed that people who are not able to crack interviews for askmeoffers are writing bad reviews for askmeoffers . They must understand that if your CV is not shortlisted it doesnt mean company is bad . You must work on your skills and CV so that your CV get shortlisted Blaming askmeoffers is nto the right way . If AskmeOffers start shortlisting people like you are every one then it will become Railway station .

I have been working with askmeoffers from quite sometime and i must say that the work culture is very good here and mentors are very helpful , if stuck in project work they extend deadlines and ensure you get enough time to complete your work . One thing i noticed that threre are few jobseekers who have posted negative comments here and there so for them i would like to say that if every company has filtering criteria and if you or your CV is not shortlisted it does not mean HR is bad or good . Company cannot hire every one You have to prove yourself wrt skills and talent you have You and only you are responsible for your life and career If AskmeOffers start accepting and shortlisting everyone it will become railway station and not what it is now.

the work culture is really great and learning opportunity also too much and one thing i dont understand , they not only support they also motivate you , they dont put pressure to complete work in deadline , it a perfect work environment . I have been working with them as a data analyst and i learn lot , my day to day task it to analyse customer behaviour and suggest and discuss with business unit for improvement
