You'll learn everything abt telecommunications in this period, responsibilities are huge.

There wont be any compensation or benefits even if you perform well,there wont be any carrer growth even after your training period you'll still be a trainee after 3 yrs and no job security if you decided to stay.. Attitude towards the employees are unethical and harassing the administration of the company has no value for work life and working environment.

Hire and Fire policy. No work culture. Senior manager and his couple of associates are secured. 3 month target achieve, 4th month not meet Target, you are fired. Only brand name. Horrible experience.

ASIANET is a ISP, I worked at broadband support section, here I used Secure CRT for customer end issues troubleshooting, currently Asianet is providing FTTH and leased line connectivity , for the connectivity we are used OLT swtiches ,ASR , ONT and media converter .
