I am working in colour academy since 5.5 years. Teams of colour academies behaviour is totaly familier. Job security is 100% because in pandamic period company provided all facilities which was required there. work culture is totaly freedomic and familier. Colour academy management is smoothly work. we can direct contact to our top of the superior. There are not restriction to direct contact to UH. Due to great managment we can work very perfect and clear.Company policies everybody must be like. We are satisfied with our department and company.

Whenever a fresher candidate join in company as my superior. hence i am working in before him. He behave like rudely. Some seniors does not listen our best advice because of our below designation. I am eligible to be the on role but due to aptitude policy we cant promote. Fund increment too low for off role.
