Overall it was good working there. Management was good. I really liked the way management is organising different events and celebrate all the festivals.

Dislikes

I didn't like the appraisal terms and salary they give to their employees.

I was there at Asian institute of medical science we learn about so many things so many procedure and we know the how to work with team....

There was little bit careless think like no salary the on days with the same date .....some time staff ratio are not maintained

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Certain departments are supportive towards nurses and manages to maintain adequate ratio.

Dislikes

Annual increment is pathetic besides no bonus on diwali when compared to the nearby hospitals, unsupportive management from the top and unrespectful towards other workers.
