My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

GRUVISH ADMINISTRATION IS THE WORST ADMINISTRATION AND SPOIL THE COLLEGE IT WILL NEVER GROW UNDER GRUVISH MANAGEMENT AVADESH FACULTY WILL DISTURB ALL NEW EMPLOYEES AND MAKE SURE ALL LEAVE THE ORGANISATION BY GIVING TROUBLE. AVADESH IS THE ONLY PERSON WHO WANTS TO STAY AND OTHERS HE WILL MAKE SURE THEY LEAVE BY GIVING MORE TROUBLE

One of the very bad experience ever. Bad for each and everything. This Institute such a very bad Institute in Ahmedabad. If you choose Asia Pacific for anything, I truly saying, you will wasting your time.

Dislikes

They don't have a good staff. They are sitting there for making a fool to everyone. They can collect your all original educational documents and afterwards not ready to given back. Superiors are not ready for helping you in any situation. Not a single staff is satisfied on this place. Actually my experience was very bad on this place. And I never want to recommend anybody to choose this place for their profile. Acia Pacific means time wasting.
