Trainning facilities are good

Dislikes

3 months salary delay is there, they are holding 1 month salary Performance bonus add in ctc but giving Rembursment delay undefined time period Employees insurance facilities not avail by second party they providing self but Rembursment delay time is 2 years

Good experience working directly with Business users.

Dislikes

Work culture was lazy; mainly due to non-payment of salary. Company still owes me more than 1 Lac as Full and Final settlement. Sent repeated reminders to HR, CIO, CEO - No response. Company deducts Income tax from our salary however, doesn't pay to Government.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. It gives freedom to learn new things. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
