Bosses instruct the team to behave rude and trouble the new comers, to not give any information pertaining to sales processes this company follows, overall very rude and insulting behaviour of the team so that a new comer shouldn’t get settled and then the owner gives negative feedback’s to other companies once a candidate leaves this organisation.
