The principal architect is biased. She doesn’t care about anyone’s career . Totally toxic and political environment in the office. There’s an interior designer who has been working from the start in this firm , she handles municipal now . The architect hardly spends 2 hrs in the office , that too not discussing the projects but gossiping with the girl . So the girl will poke you to fight with her and even if you don’t say anything she’ll abuse and then start crying and call the principal architect. The next thing you’ll know is that all the projects assigned to you will be taken away from you and given to someone else. They will create an environment in the office which is mentally not at all healthy. Working in this firm is waste of time and energy rather than working here , prefer doing an internship.
