According to my 4 year work experience Ashoka Buildcon Limited is a very bad company. Ashoka Buildcon Limited only profit oriented company it is not employee oriented company. After finished the project Ashoka Buildcon Limited terminate all the employees from the project. There are no job security only just use as a labour.

Dislikes

Salary is very decent. Career growth is very slow. Working atmosphere is just like as a labour. Fooding facility is very bad. Accommodation provided by the company is very bad. There are no job security. After finished the project all the employees terminated from the project. This company is only profit oriented it is not employee oriented company. All over it is a very bad company.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year
