1. Poor work life balance. Long working hours and strict timings. Very few holidays. 2. Poor work load distribution, efficient employee given more work load and inefficient ones just pass the days. 3. Low salary for freshers and <3 yrs experience. 4. Some HR policies make it seem like company is not employee centric instead just focused on earning money.

Friendly work culture, good food and accommodation facilities, job security , timely salary.

Dislikes

Most employees are under paid,no timely proper increment and promotion. They can't able to utilise your potential. I have been working since last 5 years but still I am working in same post.

Ashoka Buildcon limited working system is excellent. Salary is received on time. Promotion/appraisal is satisfactory. Good opportunity for learning and skill development. HO is supported when need.

...is after each other's job so that they can appoint their own people for the job. No one will pay attention to your hard work. No one in the company cares about growing the skills of its employees. The company should just have money. What is going on from project to project and what should happen in what manner. What should be the environment of the company? How well should the employees go? No one cares about his skills.after you give 100% to the company still then your job security is zero because Because there are very few people who appreciate your hard work in this company. Everyone in the company is after each other's job so that they can appoint their own people for the job. No one will pay attention to your hard work. No one in the company cares about growing the skills of its employees. The company should just have money. What is going on from project to project and what should happen in what manner. According to my 4 year work experience Ashoka Buildcon Limited is a very bad company. Ashoka Buildcon Limited only profit oriented company it is not employee oriented company. After finished the project Ashoka Buildcon Limited terminate all the employees from the project. There are no job security only just use as a labour.

Salary is very decent. Career growth is very slow. Working atmosphere is just like as a labour. Fooding facility is very bad. Accommodation provided by the company is very bad. There are no job security. After finished the project all the employees terminated from the project. This company is only profit oriented it is not employee oriented company. All over it is a very bad company.
