I disliked something that are job security and salary and politics.it affects and effected in day to day operations.

We were getting ontime salary, also they were providing training with updated technologies.

They closed the Mangalore branch suddenly without informing employees. HR department and front office people couldn't respond abouts this when We speak with them. Also they gave bad opinion about us to the main union team.

I like culture of company like to improve requirements of job hirenig and like all things

I don't like because of salary isn't improve which any year and don't like to shift schedule what is a shift 8am to 4:30 pm call to B shift and 4:30pm to 01:00am call to C shift and 01:00am to 8:00Am call A shift

I work from Ashok Leyland pant Nagar uttrakhand I say Casual worker and oprator same not different language very bad use this company Forced to do two things with one operator I don't like but my Helplessness I will do one year only

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues
