The working culture is awesome and the learning is so so big. The managers are so kind to teach and they are friendly to freshers.

...s only dislike in this company. Direct permanent Onroll staff is very very rare. But freshers learning is very good don't look salary as a fresher just learn the core things

Good work environment and culture, we can learn all the departments knowledge. In design department interact to all the team as well supplier also. Learning areas are high. Canteen and transport facilities are very good

... permanent job role not preference contract person. Hike options also not here. Starting to ending my salary is same but learning area is high.

The company atmosphere is very good to work and I like the process they followed they give lot of freedom for your own decision making idea and they respect that food facility transpoy facility everything is perfect overall the company is very good to work

... work on contract basis.... My suggestion is pls apply through hindhuja group... They will provide low salary but no need to worry about your job... But one more Consultancy is there called"Layam flexi solutions" pls pls don go by that if yu place through Layam yu will be treated very dare and no respect ... They will not provide you much salary what they have get from Ashok Leyland. Also job not secure...I was worked there...pls aware of this. Mainly if yu are going through Layam... No way to get permanent job..

great learning opportunities even for youngsters like GETs. One can learn hands-on from failures & mistakes, the eco system provides such support in-terms of funding & power. Office setup is really good with all relevant / modern facilities. Employee benefits are attractive.

...and once again as in other companies, only elite few will have all the lights. Compensation is somewhat challenging and especially in market down times.
