Work life balance is good and infact there is a lot to learn and grow because of the company's portfolio of products.

Company culture is very old fashioned. I still wonder why some older colleague has to be called as Sir or Madam.

One of the positives is its strong focus on sustainability and Innovations.

I've enjoyed my time at the company, but some organizational inefficiencies have made it challenging to work efficiently. For example, several key processes could benefit from streamlining and more clearly defined roles & responsibilities. I also believe that there is a room for improvement in communication and transparency. Lack of backup/backfill plans: when you are on leave it actually gets tough to separate your personal time-off.

One of the worst experience ever I faced. Worked for 4.5 years, served 70 days of notice against 90 days, lost family own members, but even on humanity ground, they have not considered 20 days of early relieving (13 working days) along with company deducted 20 days of notice pay still put remarks on experience letter. Worst HR experience ever I had in 12 years.

It was but now this could be difficult place to fit in due to change in management.

Lot of Politics . HR have no idea what is going on inside their organization. They have no motivation to retain good talent also. Only people with political skills and who can keep talking to US with no performance to back up can go up here. Work would be last thing some one may consider while evaluating you.
