...hey are very good organisati on but really they carry very bad immage in market. Ashkom is the one type of broker and ashkom employee salary depend on client payment if client not pay them then will not pay you singal rupee. We don't get our salary from last 3 month. As well as they fired from organisation without notice period like labour. Without our any voiletion in job. If you are doing job there they will treat you like daily wages engineer, ni future are there

Only the employees maintain the good work culture and some of them are supportive as well.

The compensation part is very bad as they deduct the salary without any prior information. Timings are too strict as it effects your salary part as well which is the worst part.

...ployees on business tours, the CEO of the company asks for money from employees. Even a meagre salary of 17000 is given in parts or sometimes not given. The team consists of members like peons cracking second grade jokes and using abusive language. The CEO does discrimination on the basis of caste. If u r from a backward caste u won't be called even for interview. Don't waste your time here go for a decent work environment.

Found very bad working culture in office, includes non-cooperative seniors. Company is mastermind in petty theft. An unnecessary deductions made in the salaries even if it not related to the employees and the company will digest the last months's salary of employees and caution money which they will take at the time of hiring even if employees will exit smoothly. There is a lots of disputes in the company culture. Loss of future I recommend to not join this company.

Don't join the company because I m also the employee of this company this company not giving me my 2month salary and the HR was told me give me region we don't have a work but in my offer latter have 2 years bond but they are asking the for region.

Because they hire me for 2 years but only 6 months they are telling me please give the region because we don't have a work.
