Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. Worst and nalayak manegement They hiring for one role and given work in another role. Literally playing with employees career. For promotion and hike u should have skil of bucket for ZH or RGM.no transperancy.

1) Top management is saying we are corporate but no corporate working culture. 2) Every Saturday and Sunday is holiday for corporate office but not for downleve team at least 2 Saturday. 3) Nothing to learn you have to fallow top peoples blindly. 4) No work-life balance. Forget about family and personal life then only you will succeed. 5) Very late process in resolving the problem. 6) Internal computation in product. 7) And lot more
