...rintouts or files from record to him and treatment is similar to that of peon. The salary provided is meager and not in par with the work you'll be told to do here. The Monthly salary is credited after 15th of every month as most employees leave the job at first day of month after salary is credited in account. The management always search for ways to cut salary of employees for any nonsense reason. Thus if you can work as a bonded labour without caring about your self respect and honour then this company is a perfect match for you.

Teammates and colleagues are very nice and supportive but the Top Management doesn't support the work nor morally. Job security is not there. Zero work life balance.

Definitely not a professional organisation. All the employees are forced to sign bond of 2 years and the management keep the salary cheque of 2.5 months as security so that the employees are bound to work for them for 2 years. Everything is centralized. One man show

They will not provide salary of the month you leave company even by complete process. It becomes a process to hold salaries

Employee exploitation, not good treatment. Using valgure language with employees. If you dont want to do work then they will hold salary and no reply from management. Worst experience
