There is multiple list to not working in this organisation, bad salary structure, poor management skill. Not having values of employees. If anyone wants to go in this organisation i suggest you don't go. Search better option instead this bloody organisation. I left this company with very bad experience.

Learning opportunities is only plus point

Culture, you will not be treated as self respected employees. You have to do as told by management just to satisfy their ego. No personal, moral values are respected. New joinees are leaving within weeks by seeing such culture. Even HR has no role. 6 days work with minimum 9 hours of working, stretches upto 10 hours regularly. Just started one saturday off that is too on alternate basis within team. No genuine person can work here for long term. Unless you are ready to loose self respect. Even higher level management, CA's, CS are not spared. Typical family owned business mindset. Personal Grudges all the time especially from junior management. Parent group is not aware of these internal working styles. They are shown very clean picture all the time.

What l like in this company is if you don't work efficiently that's ok as long as you doing chamchagiri & Informer. If you have this qualities please go and join them.

Dislikes

They destroy your career by listening to others false information about your work and behaviour. They are always in threat of employee resignations and stop increment and career growth. They are not even supporting during covid time, you need to take permission from management to get vaccinated. If management approve the same then you can get vaccinated as per there schedule whereas in other organisation vaccination is frist priority. Employee health and safety is nothing to them they just want input from you at least 10 hours per day.

Management, Company long working hours ( more than 12 hours) and Sunday working. no benefits. Managements do not want any new ideas. Worst TEch side. U can learn Grammer and mail writing with Xcel shortcuts from Management ( they are best in this) rest of company sold to Azelis.
