Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. Everything is bad here. They told me to join by showing big pictures and told me to leave the job within 3 months. I left my good settled job in an established Pvt Ltd health insurance company and joined this LLP. WORST DECISION TAKEN BY ME. never ever recommend this company to anyone. Not organised at all. No transperancy. No training. No induction. Unclear monthly targets. Incentives not explained. Worst company I ever seen.
