The workplace environment is unhealthy, with seniors often disrespecting juniors. Salary increments are insufficient compared to the workload. There is evident favoritism during appraisal time, with the Managing Director's wife and HR displaying bias against juniors.

Great place to work here..managers are very kind and friendly. Every month arrange function and other things to motivate employees. Epf and esi facilities are available. Directors are also very helpful.
