It's my first job and now I am upgrade my skill and knowledge but we are talk about salary and all as compare to work is not enough all-over company behavior is good

No policy, hr has constructed a unique policy for holidays which leads to holidays on manager's mercy, you need to work till night 12 and again start at 8 am, six days in a week with 10 to 10 working hours. Toxic work culture do not join legal and secretarial team if you have any other option.

The company has a well-organized structure, and HR policies are well-defined. The payroll process is timely, and statutory compliance is well maintained. The management is business-oriented and focused on expansion.

Processes and policies are well-defined, but they are not always followed. More focus is needed on implementation and employee engagement. Decision-making is highly centralized, which creates challenges in flexibility and innovation. Work-life balance can be improved, and employee feedback should be actively considered for better workplace development.

However, the limited upward mobility has made it difficult for me to advance as quickly as I'd like.
