No policy, hr has constructed a unique policy for holidays which leads to holidays on manager's mercy, you need to work till night 12 and again start at 8 am, six days in a week with 10 to 10 working hours. Toxic work culture do not join legal and secretarial team if you have any other option.

However, the limited upward mobility has made it difficult for me to advance as quickly as I'd like. I'm interested in a role where I can grow and take on new challenges, which is why I was drawn to this position.”
