There are no such like about the company except Hybrid mode, VPs Operation and HR, are not helping, absolute favouritism in the firm, the head of HR is not helping any person at all, she just gives unreasonable arguments to employees to tackle questions, once you are on Notice Period Operation VPs will make your working life a hell, even if you are hospitalised they will forcefully make you work, and do unnecessary mails and messages. Bonus and hikes are minimal and not up to the standards. I would give names of these people, but to maintain the decorum. Your managers will ask you to work on holidays and leaves, and won’t be giving and compoffs, if you asked for the same, they will counter you that it’s due to your pending work and they didn’t give you any approval. Please join the Firm only you are resistant to any unnecessary arguments, and wants to work 15 hours a day because your VP assumes that you must be available 24 hrs.

Worst management that i have come across in my 7 year career.The top management is clueless about ground situation and act like a king while giving orders.the managers are worstin their work allocation, they do not approve leave even on emergencies.Managers have no in depth knowledge of fund accounting, just are perfect in doing the manual work and formatting stuff. Work culture within team as even a small talk become the talk of town.slighest of disagreement leads to termination

Being a growing firm in the field of fund solutions, the work environment provided wide opportunities to enhance the domain experience and contribute to the firm's expectations in a resourceful manner. The management is supportive and reachable to even the junior staff members in the hierarchy and any concerns/ issues are heard and resolved to the best possible manner at the earliest.

None to point out... There are always some individual concerns here and there while working in a team, but nothing is unresolvable if spoken and discussed amongst the team openly.

Likes

Good company to start a career due to log of exposure to complete fund accounting which helps in building conceptual understanding. Managers are found to be supportive with their guidance and support.

Few facilities can be improved and i feel they will as company will continue to grow.
