Great work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Perfect work-life balance and job security. There are good opportunity for self-development as company provides off the job training like various institutions like AMA.

Horizontal Hierarchy anyone can approach the top management with their concern at any time, vey open environment, ample opportunities to learn and grow. Good exposure to the market (domestic & international)
